How long will it take to get my order?

We ship anywhere in the world, it depends on your country of residence and not all of our merchandise, ship from the same warehouse. Part of it, is stored in our USA warehouse and some of it in China. It may take anywhere from three to five weeks on average with a 1 - 3 days for handling time.

Shipping time is also highly dependent on the customs and import process in your country. (In which is the buyer responsibility to cover any custom or import tax). 

We do use Epacket secure and faster shipping in order to ensure customer satisfaction.

In general, most typical shipping times for different countries are listed below, also we measure shipping times in reality based on real shipping data we have based on our experience:

  • USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand: within a window of 2 weeks. (12 - 20 days on average).

  • Europe: within a window of 2 - 3 weeks (20 - 25 days on average)

  • Asia: within a window of 2 weeks. (12 - 15 days on average).
  • Africa: within a window of 4 - 5 weeks. (29 - 35 days on average). 

As soon as your parcel gets shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including your tracking code.

Where do you ship from?

All of our inventory is shipped from one of our warehouses located either in the US, Europe or Asia, depending on the product ordered. It may occur that your order will come in different packages at different times as we might ship your multiple items individually in order for you to receive it quickly.

Can I cancel/amend my address/order?

Yes. Please email us as soon as you decide to cancel/amend your address/order within the same day of the order been made. Orders must be canceled/amended the same day they are made as it is processed to be shipped on the same day or at the latest on the following day from our warehouse to you. Once the item has been shipped, we are not able to make any changes or cancellations to your order. If you still would like to cancel your order once it has been shipped already, you will have to receive it and send it back to us via postage at your own expenses regarding administration, shipping and handling fees that may occur. Once we receive back the item, we inspect it and ensure that it is not damaged, faulty, that is unused, that is unwashed and, contains the same package as it had arrived to you. Only then, we will fully refund the money for the product only, excluding handling and shipping fees that might have applied. It is your responsibility to use the correct address. We do not offer refunds due to loss or undelivered parcels for incorrect address or wrong information provided at checkout. Please check also our refund policy.

I have changed my mind, I don't want anymore my order, can I cancel and get a refund?

We can cancel your order prior to the actual processed order and shipped. This means that it must be done the same day the order has been made by you, otherwise, it might be already late as usually on the same day or at the latest, on the following day the order is processed and then shipped from one of our warehouses to you. If the order has not been shipped yet, we will be able to give you back a full refund of your money. In other cases, when the order has been already processed and shipped, we are not able to refund your money as we will need to wait until you send the item back to us unused, unwashed, with the original package and without any damage. Only then we will be able to fully refund your money for the product you purchased initially. We also would like to remind you that shipping and handling fees that may apply are not refunded but are at your own expenses. See also our refund policies for more details.

What are the shipping times?

Please visit our shipping & returns information for overall estimates of the shipping times. We kindly remind that the shipping times may vary due to many different reasons including product size, high season demand, unforeseen events such as typhoon, heavy snow.., and is highly dependent on the customs and import procedures in your country. Generally, you should receive your order within two to three weeks at max. 

How long do orders usually take to process?

Once the payment has been collected and completed, our order processing time is on the same day or at the latest on the following day the order has been made by you. Meaning that your order(s) would be typically sent out within this period of time. 

Do you ship/deliver internationally?

Yes. We currently ship to the majority of the world. If you have any questions in regards or you cannot seem to find your region/subregion, please do not hesitate to contact us directly and we will certainly try to resolve any issues in the best possible way for you. 

How do you ship?

We ship all of our orders overseas via registered airmail services. After your order has been processed, we send it to the logistic companies and then is completely handled by these companies until it arrives in the country of destinations; it will be then handled to the country's respective postal courier. (Ex: in the USA, it would be USPS; the UK would be the Royal Mail..).

Since we ship many of our products directly from the manufacturer, artist, studios or maker and/or multiple locations in some cases, we often let them assign the best shipping method based on reliability, the speed of service and costs involved. 

Most of our expert's shipping partners are DHL, USPS, UPS and other minor companies depending on the country of residence you are ordering from. 

All products shipped from Asia use primarily E-packet delivery which is one of the fastest and reliable services we can provide, with an expected delivery time, tracked and insured shipping. 

How much are the shipping fees?

We currently offer a FREE of charge shipping policies for all orders. This applies worldwide. 

How do I place an order?

Once you have decided what product(s) you may want to purchase, you can go ahead and "add to cart/basket" your desired product(s). You may want to proceed then, to check out by entering all the required information including your personal details and correct address you want the order delivered to. You will be then required to fill in your credit card info in order for you to make the full payment. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been paid. Please, ensure you enter correctly all the information required at checkout. Note: prices are displayed in USD - $ 

What are the payment methods you accept?

We currently accept all major credit cards - Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover. We do accept also payment with Paypal and Stripe.  

Can I pay in another currency?

All prices will be shown in USD - $. Also, upon checkout, you will be billed in USD - $. Your bank or credit card company will automatically convert your subtotal based on the latest currency conversion rates.

Why is the price shown on the package different from what I paid?

Prices revealed on your package might be different from what you have paid. Usually, our fulfillment center would mark extremely low prices or mark the items as gifts altogether. This is to prevent tariffs/custom import duties being incurred on your end as for certain countries these additional charges are extremely costly.

I ordered two/or more items, but I have only received one..where is my order?

We have multiple warehouses in the USA and in China, hence frequently we will be shipping items separately from multiple locations. If your order included two or more items and you received only one/two pieces and your order is still incomplete, we kindly ask you to wait patiently as your order might have already left one of our warehouses and is getting shipped directly to your house. If something isn't clear, or you feel you have already waited long enough, please do not hesitate to contact us; we can track your order for you and promptly update you.  

How secure is my personal information?

We proudly adhere to the highest industry standards to protect your personal information when you checkout and purchase from our store. Your credit card information is encrypted during transmission using 128-bit Secure Socket Layer Technology (128-bit SSL), the same level of encryption used by large banks around the world. Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is NOT subsequently stored.

How do I know if my order has been shipped or not?

Once the order has been made, you will receive an email confirmation containing all the information you need, including tracking number for your order, in order for you to be able to "Track Your Order" status at any time you wish to do so. It may take up to 24 to 48 hours to receive your email containing all this info. You will receive your email confirmation and you should wait 24/48 hours before this info becomes fully active (Tracking Number).

Why have I not received an order confirmation email?

Kindly check your SPAM/junk folder to see if it was sent there. If you still cannot find it, you may have provided us with a different email or simply have misspelled your email information. Please contact us at support@thegeneralhunter.com for queries. We will certainly assist you once we have the right info and details for you and your order. 

When I tried tracking my order, the order status appears to be "Returned to Sender" -  What shall I do?

It may happen in certain circumstances that packages are sent back to one of our warehouse address. This may occur due to very high demand or simply if there is an issue regarding your address. In the event that your package is returned to us, and this appears on your tracking order status, please contact us immediately and we can assist you from there.

When I tried tracking my order, the order status appears to be "Delivered", but I have not received. What shall I do?

This is normal. The tracking information normally lags behind the true status of your package. If it hasn't updated in over 2 weeks, please contact support. In some cases, we suggest you contact your local postal courier service immediately regarding any issue. We have not experienced this in the past, but if this happens we might understand that local postal services may have received your parcel and simply are delaying on delivering it to your house. It might simply be delayed to the following day(s). 

What happens if I am not at home during delivery?

Anyone at home can receive the package on your behalf. If nobody is at home, the postman will certainly leave a collection slip for you to go to our nearest post office to collect your package. Or else, the postman might try to reach you by giving you a call you at the phone number provided by you at checkout.
