Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time:
Orders are processed and shipped out to our customers within 24 to 72 hours after the items have been placed and approved. Depending on the demand for a certain product, it may happen that we ship the product on the exact same day the order has been placed. It may occur, in a situation of a high volume of orders, that shipments may be delayed to 2-3 days from the day the order has been placed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in terms of shipment of your parcel, we will contact you via email or telephone and let you know of any updates. Shipping rates & delivery estimates:
We currently offer a FREE shipping policy on all our products. This applies worldwide.
"The General Hunter" partners with global merchants and artisans in order to provide you with the best prices, the most interesting and trending products. Having said that, we assume our loyal customers understand that all orders are shipped from global areas such as Thailand, China, India, Philippines via our partnership with USPS and other couriers in other countries outside the USA.
Why do we offer FREE shipping?
We often ship out items from separate warehouses, international points, including artisans, studios and at times we ship it straight from our manufacturers to our customers. We are aware that this procedure can, at times, take a little longer than expected hence why we are adding value and we would like all our customers to benefit from a completely FREE shipping policy.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur. We appreciate your kind understanding and patience if this is your case. We are working to guarantee your best satisfaction and make it right for you.
We are working worldwide and shipping directly from our partners, it may occur that orders take up to 3 - 5 weeks to get delivered. Please maintain patience if your order has not shown up as expected, it is surely on its way. Feel free to contact us for updates on tracking info if you feel you have already exceeded your estimated delivery time.
We do use Epacket secure and faster shipping in order to ensure customer satisfaction.
The average delivery time within the USA, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand is within a window of 2 weeks. (12 - 20 days on average).
For Europe, we estimate a maximum of 2 - 3 weeks delivery time. (20 - 25 days on average - 12/14 working days to the UK, Ireland, Scotland & Wales.
For Asia, we estimate a maximum of 2 weeks delivery time. (12 - 15 days on average).
For Africa, we estimate a maximum of 4 - 5 weeks delivery time. (29 - 35 days on average).
If you don't receive your parcel within the estimated time:
- 13/21 working days for the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, and Asia
- 20/25 working days for Europe.
- 12/14 working days to the Uk, Irelands, Scotland & Wales.
- 29/39 working days for Africa
Please contact us, we will gladly assist you with the delivery of your order. We will thoroughly double check the tracking information regarding your parcel and give you the most recent updates. We truly want you satisfied with the service overall and ensure you receive your package within a reasonable time frame.
Please NOTE: Shipping info/time are estimated only. We work very hard to ensure deliveries standards are met within the shortest time frame possible. We have many happy customers receiving their orders within 20 days at maximum. Also, we have experience with high order volume, thus delivery time might be slightly longer.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Returns are accepted as long as the item you would like to send back to us is unused, free from any breakages, packed up/wrapped in the same box as we've sent it to you. We recommend taking a picture or a video of the item you would like to return prior to posting it including a picture of the receipt of postage for our and your own references.
A contact with a member of the staff of our Customer Support is crucial as you will be guided with instructions such as address details and, where applicable or requested, a refund will be arranged.
Our Customer Support is available 24/7 to assist with our customer's queries complaints, returns, refunds. Returns are at your own expenses. Our Team will always search for the most convenient and nearest area to you, in the EU or around the world, where we have warehouses, to avoid and/or reduce you with higher costs when returning items.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:
We send tracking information to our customers once the packages are assigned shipping labels. This information, containing your tracking number(s), is emailed right after you have purchased from us by using the email address provided upon checking out. We are not responsible for any misspelling of the email address or postal address where you would like your order to be delivered to. The tracking number should be active right away; it may take 48 - 72 hours to get fully active.
Please allow a reasonable time frame prior to contact us if your tracking number is not working, yet. Some international shipping companies may lag behind on updating or adding the tracking information until the package gets at the border. Insurance is included on all of our orders.
We currently use UPS, USPS, DHL, Courier Express and others minor companies, depending on the country, for our insured shipping. These include tracking and insurance. We choose the shipping method, ensuring the best service for your country of residence, based on price, the speed of delivery, available tracking, and insurance coverage and location.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
Customers are responsible for any extra VAT, import duties charged for international items coming into their country. "The General Hunter" is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
"The General Hunter" is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us directly and we will do our best to help you solve any issue that you may experience with the product you purchased and received, in most cases we would send you a replacement of the same item or refund you the full amount if requested by you. Please see our refund policies for more information in regards to this.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. If there are issues with verifying your address, customer service will contact you to try and resolve these issues.
If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible by emailing us at email@example.com. We will do our best to fulfill your request and amend the address. If we are unable to do so, because the package has been already shipped out, we can not take responsibility for the incorrect information and the incorrect delivery of your order.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must check with your local post office. It occurs, sometimes that the post office, receive the orders, hence it appears as received but they are delaying on delivering it to your house. This may occur when they are also experiencing high order volume. Your order delays in delivering to your house for a day. We strongly advise you to double check with your local post office; if you don't seem to find a valid reason or explanation, please do contact us, we are going to be here to try to help you with the complete delivery of your order.
As a reminder, you will receive your order within two to three weeks from the date that it is placed, purchased and shipped out. Not necessarily from the exact date that the order has been placed in some cases, we delay processing orders on the following business day. This is due to the high demand, especially in certain periods of the year. We thank you for understanding and being patient on this matter.
Once your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take a day to process your order. This is just an estimate, though, and doesn't include weekends or holidays. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. This will be followed by a second notification email informing you of your parcel been shipped out-
The rates may vary for international orders depending on where you live, certain countries add fees after the package has been accepted there. We are not responsible for these additional costs. The shipping rates are FREE from our end. Shipping orders take at max three weeks, it did occur that it took longer, up to four/five weeks, this is due to high demand in a certain period of the year. (Christmas, Festive seasons, Bank Holidays, Easter and others as such...).
