When your order left one of our warehouses, we have sent you an updated email notification containing all the necessary info you need, including your personal Tracking Number, for you to be able to go ahead and check out in real time where your parcel is located.
All you have to do is:
- Copy the tracking number you have in your email recipient.
- Click on this link: track.thegeneralhunter.com
- Paste your Tracking Number into the tracking box that appears on the new window.
Our tracking service will automatically generate you a report with real time info regarding your parcel.
Can't you find the email containing your personal tracking number?
Not a problem! Shoot us an email with your personal info, exactly as you provided us with, when you purchased in our shop, including your full name, your address, your email address, and finally, your order number, if you have it. Also, you can add further explanations and/or requests, if required.
That way, we'll be able to retrieve your order details in no time and, forward you the necessary info you need to keep track of your parcel.
